At Ice Me Down Cosmetics we take pride in the quality of our handmade body butters and body oils. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We are happy to offer an exchange or replacement for eligible items when a product issue has been verified. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before being returned.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange unless there is a product defect.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
